store a questionnaire matrix in access db

Hi,

i develope an application which deals with any kind of questionnaires.
For that I also deal with so called answer matrices. Their layout can be
described as the following:

1. The header includes several values as answer possibilities

2. the first column contains kind of sub questions

The other fields of the matrix represent the answer possibilities. In
most cases they are displayed as radiobuttons or checkboxes.

My problem now is how do I map such a matrix to an access database?
Later on I want to store the given answer in that db and query all results.

Does anyone have an idea???
