store domain username/password in Outlook

People have VPN clients installed on their home computers which are
workgroup computers (not in domain).
They use Outlook 2003 on their home computers to access their corporate
Exchange server and additional login is neccesary when Outlook connects
to Exchange.

Is there a way to store their domain usernames and passwords in their
Outlook 2003 (out-of-the-box, workaround, 3rd party tool)?
