Stores with Reps by Group

I have a table listing each of my account numbers. For each account number I
have 10 sales rep groups assigned to each one. (Store 1124 has a Filter Rep,
a Brake Rep etc). Each Sales Group then has multiple reps. What I want to
do is on the Account number table have a look up field for the reps but i
want to validate that the rep is in that sales group.

For example. Store 1124 Filter Group Joe
Store 1124 Brake Group Pete

Where the table validates that Pete is a sales person for the brake group as
opposed to the Filter goup.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can do this with a couple of key thoughts. If you are a brake guy you
are a 1, filter a 2... Same goes for group. Now to finish it use a member
ID of some sort and your account number. Using this combination you can
grow as needed. Think of each item as unique; by identifying each item the
user is unique but when Joe is on vacation you can add John who is also a
filter rep in one group to another. This allows you to add and remove sales
rep in and out of other groups. Now you will have to identify when pete is
the dude instead or Joe possibly with dates. As I cannot see your specific
situation or locations I am limited from telling you specifically how to
organize it. You can look up by sales group, filter rep, account number or
all.
