Storing a screen print

Hi!
I have an MS Access database that we use to report system errors to our
IT department when we have problems updating infomation in our corporate
database. Sometimes there is a small pop-up dialog box with an error message
in it and we would like to be able to "screen print" those error messages and
save them as field in the table in the Access database.
Does anyone have any ideas about the best way to accomplish that? We all
have access to the PrintScreen 2000 program that we use to copy and paste
images into Word or an e-mail document but I'm not sure what kind of field to
set up in my table or on my form that will allow us to paste the image in
there and then save it to the file.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks in advance!

You can store the image in a Word file and use a hyperlink field to link to
that document.
