storing emails offline with Outlook Web Access

Can I use *.pst files with Outlook Web Access?

Microsoft Outlook downloads new messages from the server and stores them on
a *.pst file on your computer. On the other hand, Outlook Web Access looks
and acts almost exactly like regular Outlook but the program is not saved
locally on the hard drive. Instead, it is completely web based and stores
email messages online.

I want to use Outlook Web Access but my account is full so I have to save
emails on a local computer.

Aloha JOSHUA,

No. Outlook Web Access doesn't use PST files for the local store.

I'd suggest you log into your mailbox with a regular Outlook client and archive/delete
older messages to bring your mailbox size back down to a reasonable level.
Then you can use OWA.
