Storing InfoPath Managed Code in Visual SourceSafe

We are starting a new project at work using using InfoPath with managed code.
After adding code to the OnContextChange event, I checked it into Visual
Source Safe. The form.vb did not get checked in when I did this. The form
errored when another member pulled down the project.

Is there another way to store the code in SourceSafe that would check-in all
parts of the InfoPath Managed Code.
