Storing repeating table data on screen

Hi

Is it possible to lock the data looked up from a secondary data source
on screen, so that when the form is saved, the looked up data still
stays on the screen?

When the form is saved to a network share, I would like the looked up
data to be stored on the form, so that when it is re-opened, the data
is displayed.

Hi,

when you re-open the form after submitting to sharepoint or local drive, by
default it will show the data you entered before submitting.
