Storyboards for Web Redesign

I'm not sure where to post this, so I apologize if this is
the wrong place. I have a large project to redesign our
company's intranet web site. I would like to make some
sample storyboards and present them at a meeting. Figuring
people in this forum have done the same, what would be the
best application to use?
