"stragety" is a typo, the spell checker should suggest "strategy"

Microsoft Word doesn't catch "stragety" as a spelling error. Found under
"Select Language" US English was selected but "Do not check Spelling and
Grammar" was checked.

"Stragety" is certainly marked as an error in my copy of Word. I was going
to suggest that you might inadvertently have added it to your custom
dictionary, but of course if "Do not check spelling and grammar" is checked,
then no spelling errors will be found. You have answered your own question
and made nonsense of your "suggestion."

It's a strange thing. If you tell Word to not check spelling or grammar, it
follows your instructions.

If you select that word and uncheck "Do not check Spelling and Grammar" and
then do a spell-check, what happens? On my computer it marks it as not in
the dictionary and suggests strategy as a replacement.
