Straight from in box to calendar

Is there a way to add an event straight to my calendar from an incoming
email? I get appointments by email all the time and would like to be able to
just add them into the calendar without having to switch over and copy and
paste everything.

Sorry should have mentioned that I have Outlook 2003

You can simply drag and drop the email onto your Calendar folder or choose
Edit-> Move/Copy to folder...
