Strange "Access Denied" error when copying module from *.mpp toChecked-Out Global via Organizer

I've been doing this for months and have had no issue until now.
Save a particular script in an *.mpp file, then once ready to share
with all my users, copy to Enterprise Global.

Well, I started to get some strange behavior within one of them I was
copying today. I have a password set on the Checked-Out Enterprise
Global and usually when I click on the Copy button (in the Module tab)
the Organizer prompts me for the password (if first attempt) and then
copies it over. For the first time I get an "Access Denied" error.

THEN, if I go the route of the Macro Editor to drag and drop from the
*.mpp module folder to the Checked-Out Enterprise Global module
folder, it copies it but NAMES it with a "2" suffix as if it already
existed BUT I don't see an original in the list at all.

Go back to the Organizer method, and I get the same "Access Denied"
error.

When I did a Save As the *.mpp script as another name and tried it in
the Organizer, it worked fine. I'm only getting this error on this
one file. Its as if the module under the original name is stuck
somewhere but I can't see it either in the Organizer or the Macro
Editor on the left.

How can I get this resolved? Don't want any corrupted module hanging
out there.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
