Strange behavior of calculated fields.

Access2007, SQLServer 2008 backend, latest SP's:

I have a very strange issue.

For two of my users, the values of calculated fields (fields that have
formulas for ControlSource) do not display. I have about 40 other users that
do not have this issue.

I have found that if they kick-off a new instance of Access and then return
to my app, the values are displayed.

I have also found that if they click on the fields in question the value
appears.
