Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Since I installed Snow Leopard, Word 2008 removes the standard toolbar (while insisting it's on) every time I open an existing document. Odd behavior by Excel, too. The "Help" area tells me to create a new user account, which I did, but it has done no good. Anybody else have this problem, and how did you fix it?
