Strange border sometimes prints around logo in header

I created a template (.dot) with a page border and logo (.jpg) inserted in
the header.

I use this template for 100+ documents and randomly some documents print
with a black line around my logo and parts of the page border. It will print
the same document correctly, then with the line, then without. I can't work
out what I need to do to remove it.

Can anyone help?
