One of our Outlook users has this strange header show up in every message he
receives:

"by Saturday, January 01, 4501 12:01 AM.
Completed on Saturday, January 01, 4501 12:01 AM.
You attempted to recall this message on Saturday, January 01, 4501 12:01 AM.
This item has been marked to be delivered after Saturday, January 01, 4501
12:01 AM."

He appears to receive and send all messages, but this is at the top of each
received message. Any help would be appreciated.

What type of mail server? Do they see the same thing if you use a web based
mail reader against this mailbox before Outlook gets the message?

Our Mail Server is Exchange 2003. The same problem does not show up in a web
based reader. This is only happening on this one machine. If he logs into the
same account on another machine, it will work.

Thanks for your help.

Then it sounds like an add-in. Does it happen if you exit out of Outlook
and go to Start - Run - outlook /safe?
