Strange E-Mail printing

I have a client who has strange text print out at the top of each e-mail she
prints. None of the other 50 people on their Exchange Server have this
problem.

The text is:
/O=DOMAIN/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=USERNAME

Text is bold and appears at the very top of the printout. Any idea how to
prevent this?

That line must be in the Account settings, in the User Information line. Or
else she never put her name in the 'Your Name' field and it defaults to the
server info.
