strange e-mail problem

Until recently no problem receiving e-mails. Suddenly I can't get any from
my husband or sons' works addresses, although I get from other firms. At
their end the messages are shown as sent. They're not in junk or spam. HELP!

Has your ISP recently introduced or modified a web email access feature? If
so, log onto your ISPs web email access and check any spam/junk folders.

Thanks, I'll try that and let you know how I get on.

Hurrah! At last all my missing messages. I never use web mail, so didn't
think anything could be there. Thank you.

Nor, do I. Suggest you start complaining to your ISP. Tell them to stop
messing with your email.

The same thing happened to me a few months ago. My ISP started filtering for
Span at the web mail level and placing messages in the web mail Spam box.
Once in the web mail Spam box, Outlook would not down load the email. After
several weeks of yelling at them, they changed something {I know not what}.
They still filter. Now they add (Spam Mail) to the subject line and move the
email from the Spam box to the web mail outbox so I can download it with
Outlook.
