Strange Error

I created a template using a machine in our staging environment, saved on
the C: drive.

When moving to the production environment, we get an error that Service Pack
1 needs installed. However, we have Service Pack 1.

Upon further investigation, it turns out that the production workstations
have the C: drive disabled and the form maps to C: rather than its present
location on the F: network drive.

Why does InfoMap hang on this issue? How to avoid it?

Thanks in advance!

We tried that (right-click... design) and get the same error message.

message If you right-click on the .xsn file, and choose Design, you can then
republish to drive F. This should fix the issue.
