I'm creating mailing list lables in Word 2002. I am creating the lables
from an excel page with the name, address, etc..., of the people i want
to send to. I have separate catagories on this list for their name,
their last name, their spouse's name, and their spouse's last name (if
they have a differnt one)

I have people on this list who:
1. have no spouse
2. have a spouse with the same last name
3. and, who have a spouse with a differnt last name

The problem is when i select a format for the name part, i can't get it
to accept all these differnt possiblities. The closest i seem to be able
to get is when i select "josh randal and cynthia smith" When i do that i
get 2 and 3, but for people that have no spouse, it says "The smith family"
