I have a client with SBS2003 server running the built in exchange server.
There is one particular user that has a problem when printing emails from
Outlook (2003 pro).
Instead of having his name printed at the top of the page (as other users
have), he gets: " o="companyname"/ou=first administrative
group/ca=recipients/cn="username" "
I can't see anything unusual in his outlook settings or on the server.
Can anyone tell me why he is getting this O/S string printed out instead of
his usual name? (or where outlook is picking it up from) It doesn't appear in
"print preview"- only on the final printed version.
I am assuming it is something on the server, and have posted a similar
message in the exchange forum, but thought I'd also try the Outlook forum in
case the problem lies at the client end.
any suggestions would be gratefully received.
TIA - Adrian
