Every one of my Word 2003 document pages has a set of marks similar to the
ones below:
| |
___| |___
____ ____
| |
| |
They are aligned with the right and left margins, but if I change the
margins these marks do not move. They are fixed in place.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of them? I've pored over the view
settings under Options and can't find anything to account for them. Near as
I can figure, they appeared suddenly when I mistyped something and hit some
key(s) I didn't intend to hit.
I even tried building a new normal.dot but that didn't get rid of them
either. What are these marks?
I'm running Office Professional 2003 on a dual-core system with 64-bit
Vista Home Premium.
