strange occurrence

Hello,

I am experiencing a strange occurrence whenever I open my
spreadsheet; three spreadsheets open of the same file! It
seems to function ok, but it appears rather strange, has
anyone experience this before and if so is there a fix to
it?

Thank you for you assistance.

Hi Mar
I assume your file name in the top of the window is followed by :1, :2, and :3. Just close out two of the windows and then save the file

These extra windows can be created by going to Window>New_Window on the pulldown menu

Good Luck

Hi Mark!

When you close the other versions, use the X button at the far right
of the main menu bar (Not the one on the Excel Title bar!) rather than
File > Close. After doing this, Save. This is one major difference
between X'ing out and File > Close.

Alternative is to use Ctrl+F4
