We have an SBS2000 server running Exchange 2000. Workstations are all
Windows XP Pro or 2000, running Office 2002/XP. With one user (happens to be
the office manager, naturally) -- we have a peculiar problem.
With some, but not all of the email that she sends out, the email gets
delivered with a background (checkered background with light blue lines -
very faint). Additionally, one some of the emails she receives, the
signature line for the sender switches color to a very faint yellow, almost
invisible. We've gone in everywhere we could find to try to reset default
text colors, turn off background fonts, etc.
I did a Google search of this newsgroup and found one person who had exactly
the same issue - almost a year ago, though, but there was no real resolution
to the problem. It appeared from that thread that using Microsft WORD as
the default email editor was being considered.
Here's the link to that message thread:

Can anyone help?
