I have a user who is running Outlook 2003.
They had problems a few years ago, I think they were on 2000 & pst file grew
too large, & from the looks of things, someone made several pst files in an
attempt to remedy the problem.
Currently, they have the normal Outlook data file open, as well as what
appears to be an archive folder open.
The archive folder also appears to be an exact duplicate of what's currently
in the default personal folder, but doesn't have the option to close it.
How/what could have created this situation?
They also have some Blackberry synch issues, so if anyone is pretty familiar
with the synch process between blackberry & outlook, I'm all ears!
