Never seen that issue before. Anyhow here's the link to Office 97 SR2 (get
the latest)

Note: you'll need to install SR1 first (there's a link in the above page on
where to get SR1)
After you apply those updates then I recommend that you apply the latest
version of Microsoft JET 3.5 Database Engine from ACC97: Updated Version of
Microsoft Jet 3.5 Available for Download
