Strange Problem in Office 2007

I have pasted some table information from a site in word document, and tried
to change to table borders. all of a sudden i got a problem with outlook,
word, PowerPoint like some special characters are getting visible, making it
very difficult to read any thing. These characters are like . for every
space, right arrow for every tab. Please help me to get rid of this
immediately. I have tried reinstalling it, but no use. the only option have
is format my machine. Can any one help me to solve this without formatting my
machine.

Press Ctrl+Shift+8 to toggle them on/off. They're called "non printing
formatting marks", and they're actually very useful at times.
