Strange problem - reports working for some people not others

All,

I have a very strange problem with some of my access dbs on our company
network.

The reports work fine for me but not for some of my users.

If they try to run reports they get the error 5021 "openreport action was
cancelled". I've tried debugging on their machines, but Access crashes and
sends an error report to Microsoft. The reports work fine on my machine.

I've checked the network permissions and all of the relevant users have
modify or full control of the relevant network directory, so it's not a
permissions issue.

I'm sorry this is so vague, but I really haven't a clue where to start
looking for a solution for this.

Has anyone any ideas of what the problem could be... could there be a
missing dll somewhere?

Thanks in advance.

Basically the server is not seeing some of the PC's as being part of the
system but don't worry it's not too hard to sort it out.

BUT BUT BUT BUT please read this bit (which I just pinched from
www.microsoft.com)

Warning The advanced Application Center configuration options provided by
this editor are meant for advanced users only and could result in a
misconfigured cluster. Ensure that you fully understand the ramifications of
changing a particular setting before making that change.

As long as you're OK with this then the fix is shown at

The fix download is at

Hope this helps

Thanks Wayne, before I try this I've had a brainwave and think it may be a
much more innocuous problem.... I think that the users all have the same
default printer that has some drivers that Access doesn't like. I'm going to
ask the users to change their default printer and see if that works.
