Strange received messages behavior

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have a client who, when he receives emailed replies from others, the To: field displayed in his version Entourage says 'install <[email protected]>' (domain hidden). The name install appears out of nowhere and does not appear in the headers of messages received by him. I can find nothing in any of his settings as to where this 'install' name is coming from. Messages received by me from him appear correctly.

I think I can rule out his 3rd party mail provider because messages sent from his laptop do not exhibit the same problem. I'm tempted to just delete his exchange account settings and reconfigure it.

Has anyone seen this behavior?

Is this just one recipient who shows up as 'install,' or any?

Check his Address Book, Entourage will use the "Name" in an Address Book
entry over whatever is received.

It seems nearly all replies come back as install. I've checked his address book and his Me card is set up correctly.

More thoughts?
