strange scrolling behavior

Normally, I can select a shape and then use the arrow keys to move that
shape. However, something seems to have changed. Now the page scrolls when I
select a shape and use the arrow keys.

Is there a setting that I accidentally changed?

This is killing my productivity as I now need to move things by hand.

You may have hit the "Scroll Lock" button on your keyboard. I have no idea
why this button is there. I'm sure it's historical...
