Strange things happen in Office 2003 Dialog Boxes

Something strange has happened with all of the dialog
boxes in microsoft office. Any number of the following
possibilities have occured. First some dialog boxes have
an oversized font, but everything displays perfectly fine,
tabs and all. Other dialog boxes have the normal size or
small font, but the tabs are cut off at the top. I do not
believe that this is a windows setting, because I have
reset all of the windows scemes to default, and MS Office
Applications are the only programs that are affected. I
found that for somereason though the system font Tehoma
was removed from my computer. Is it possible that this
removal of the font caused a problem? I don't know how it
was removed, all I know is that it is no longer availble
to set as a font if you are custumizing the windows etc
RgtClk Desktop>Properties>Apperence

Anyone have any suggestions? I am running OS XP Pro and
Office 2003 Pro.

You are correct in suspecting Tahoma as the problem. You should be
able to extract a new one from the Office CD.

How might I go about doing that. I have to XP Pro CD, but
am unclear as to how you extract a font from the CD.

Open your Fonts folder (Control Panel), go to File/Install New Font.
Your Office CD should have a Fonts folder as well. Navigate to that
folder and select the Tahoma font.
