Strange top & bottom margin in Page Layout mode

I'm using Word 2003. I don't know what I changed, but it didn't used
to do this. When I am working on a document that does not have any
headers or footers and am in page layout mode, on the screen the
document has the text smooshed hard against the top and bottom of the
page. There is no margin displayed on the top or bottom of the pages.
If I do a print preview the page displays correctly with the margin
that is supposed to be there.

If I select View > Header and Footer, then the correct margin is
displayed in page layout mode. Even if I don't create anything in the
header or footer, when I exit from header and footer, the correct
margins remain displayed.

Any idea what is going one?

Move your cursor to the very edge of the "paper". When the cursor
changes, left-click one time.

You will also find the setting that setting in Tools, Options, View,
"White space between pages"

I think it's easier to tell them how to do it with the cursor. After all -
that's probably how it was changed in the first place. :)

Thank you, Bob for the additional tip. I always prefer knowing
multiple ways to do things in Word.
