strange update request by MS update site

I have MS Office 2003 SBE. It was the upgrade version. When I go to Office
update site and ask it to check for Office updates needed on my computer, it
continueally says I need an upgrade for Office 2000. Why is this? Is this an
error on the part of the Updater or is there something I need to learn about
this?

Hi Elly,

Check in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel. It's possible that you have some 2000 series Microsoft Products also
installed.
