Hi all,
I have a weird problem in Visio 2002 SR-1:
This is what I did:
1. Draw two shapes (rectangles), convert them to a group and enable
"Accept dropped shapes" and "Add shape to groups on drop".
2. Now I dragged the smaller of the two rectangles over the large
rectangle to add it to the group.
3. Now when subselecting the smaller rectangle and calling
Shape->Grouping->Remove from Group, the larger rectangle gets deleted
and only the smaller one is left. But I don't want the larger rectangle
to be deleted.
The parent shape gets deleted only when the subshape which is being
removed from the group is the only subshape.
The background for this question is that I want to programatically
remove a shape from another shape which have been created exactly the
way I described above, and I always get a "this operation is currently
disabled"-Exception.
Is there another way to do what I want?
Thanks for any help.
Daniel
