Hi,
I have created an application that merges Word documents based on
instructions written in an external document. The document is merged using an
actual word installation through the interop libraries. The document is saved
to a disk and opened with Word so that the user can see the document.
When opened the document looks perfect. Everything is exactly as expected,
however (this is the strange part -- for me at least) when I print the
document and looks at the document that the printer produces, some of the
blank lines are higher than they should be, and higher than they appear in
the document on-screen.
If I -- before printing -- do anything with the document. e.g. insert an 'a'
and removes it again, or chooses 'print preview' and returns to the document
(just do anything! I think you get the idea) and then prints the document --
the print is just as perfect as the document on-screen.
What is going on? How come the document is printed wrongly I do nothing with
the document, and printed correctly if I *do* something with the document
first.
Any ideas??
Kind Regards
