Strange xml code in the signature of my e-mail

From particular people (on UNIX machines) i got the response that my
signature contains strange code:

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

Does someone knows why this coding appears and how I get rid of it?
