Yes, an alternate method is to create the resources in the Enterprise
Resource Pool in another application, such as an Excel spreadsheet, or in a
local Microsoft Project file (not saved in the Project Server database).
This allows you to spend all the time you need to confirm that the
information is correct for every resource. If you create the resources in
an Excel workbook, you copy the resources to a local project file and then
import the resources into Project Server using Tools - Enterprise Options -
Import Resources to Enterprise. A complete methodology for doing this is
