Add a plug-in
In Page view, at the bottom of the document window, click Design .
On the Insert menu, click Web Component.
In the Component type list, click Advanced Controls.
In the Choose a control list, double-click Plug-In.
In the Data source box, type the URL of the file for the plug-in to load, or
click Browse to locate the file.
Select any other options you want.
With FrontPage, you can embed an audio file and set properties to play when
site visitors open the page. You can set the properties to play the sound
file continuously, or to play it a specified number of times. Another way to
add sound to your Web page is to provide a hyperlink to the audio file from
your page and let site visitors decide if they want to play the sound. When
site visitors click that link, the appropriate audio player opens and plays
the sound file.
You can add many types of audio file to your Web page, including the
following:
Wave files (*.wav)
Midi sequencer files (*.mid)
RealAudio files (*.ram; *.ra)
AIFF sound files (*.aif; *.aifc; *.aiff)
AU sound files (*.au; *.snd)
Moving Picture Experts Group (*.mpeg), MPEG Audio-Layer 3 files (*.mp3)
Microsoft Active Streaming files (.*asf)
I recommend using .wma format @ 37 Kbps or less (that way even dial-up users
can play it).
The program to change it to .wma IS free.

Check for wrapping of the URL.........
TIP
When incorporating sound files in your web pages, carefully consider their
appropriate use in your web site, and how visitors to your site use these
media resources. Always provide a control to either enable or disable the
playing of the sound, in the event that visitors don't want to listen to the
audio content.
To see just the "Play and Stop" change it to width=65 height=25 If you want
to see all of the controls use width=300 Height= 40.
To see a sample of sound files in action (using the .wma format) and
different control sizes try this.
