Streaming PowerPoint

We have a 2003 Enterprise version Server. We currently stream video and
audio on our website using Windows Media Services and Encoder. Every year we
fly out to record and stream seminar's and events one of our events is audio
only. This year rather streaming just audio we would like to incorporate
PowerPoint with our stream via Windows Media Services. Is this possible
using Media Services, if not will it be possible in the near future?

We found that Powerpoint can look fuzzy when encoded into a stream, making
smaller text unreadable.
