strike out lines in downloaded document

Everytime I download a word/wordpad doc. bigger than one page I get strikeout
lines through the entire document. Why, strikeout is off?

Answered elsewhere - don't be impatient :) It can take anywhere from several
minutes to several *hours* for your post to appear in the newsgroup.
