strikeout lines 2nd inning

Everytime I download a document such as an application, minutes from a
meeting or someone sends me a word document for editing from a web site or
PC, and if that document is larger than one page I get lines through the
document as if strikeout was on.

Please read the replies to your other posts - What point is there in
repeatedly asking the same question if you don't bother to read the answers?

Sorry, I was trying to answer your previous question about what type of
document. I was not aware I could reply directly to you. The documents that
strikeout are wordpad so I cannot find the review task bar you mentiioned. i
could not find wordpad in the pulldown menu.

Unfortunately you've found your way into a newsgroup for MS Word for
Macintosh. WordPad is an accessory supplied with the Windows OS, so we have
little experience with it here. You'll have better luck if you post to one
of the groups that focuses on Windows or Word for the PC. Although I'm
familiar with the program I haven't experienced anything like what you
describe, so I can't offer any suggestions other than start at the link
below:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/default.mspx

and locate the appropriate group based on the software & OS you are actually
using. Also, make sure to be as accurate & specific as you can when
describing the issue the more *relevant* detail the better. Don't forget to
specify what versions of the software you are using - guidance may vary from
one to the other.
