I'm not sure what you mean by "download" or where/what you're "download"-ing
from, but it sounds like the doc has markup resulting from the use of Track
Changes & the changes have neither been Accepted nor Rejected. Turn on the
Reviewing toolbar & explore its features after you take a look at Word Help
on Track Changes.
