Stripping out attachments in OL2003

I have 250Mb in my sent items folder and the exchange admin is grouchy. I
need to keep track of what/when I sent something out, but I have copies of
all of the attachments so I don't need them.

Is there a quick method to keep everything in my sent items folder but strip
out all of the attached files?
