Strong Style

I'm preparing for the MOUS Certification test, and am taking a practice test.
One of the tasks is to set a paragraph style to Strong. I don't see Strong
as an option. I'm using Version 2003. Any ideas?

You don't see Strong because it isn't in Word 2003.

In fact, it isn't a Paragraph Style either, it's a Word 2007 Character Style

Ah; thanks!

Just so you know, it's MOS, not MOUS. (I'm planning on taking the test
within the next couple of weeks.)

I certainly see Strong as a character style in Word 2003. It just applies
bold formatting; similarly, Emphasis applies italics; both of these are
HTML-related, I believe.

If it is a 2007 feature, I wonder if you aren't taking a practice test for
MCAS and not MOS. Where did you find that exam?

Strong was in 2003? I knew I should have checked but I was sure it was one
of the newbies - I guess I didn't remember it because I never used it...
still don't :-}
