Struggling with Global Template

Situation

Server is Fresh Win2003 with Project Server, Sharepoint and SQL - all
service packs applied. Set up in Enterprise mode

1) Set myself as a user in all groups with permissions for everything
2) Open a Project and setup to Collaborate. Test Connection Successful
3) Under Tools Enterprsie Options everything is greyed out except MSPJ
Accounts and Restore Global

Also other issues - have had to run PSCOMPlus.exe several times -
getting messages that WSS is not working. Sometimes getting errors
cannot logon to SQL server and I get a dialog box to log into the sql
server as an msproject user.

Any help is appreciated

You need to create a user login in Microsoft Project Professional and then
use it to log into Project Server. Click Tools - Enterprise Options -
Microsoft Office Project Server Accounts, create your login account, and
then click the "Manually control connection state" option. After you create
your login account, close and relaunch Microsoft Project and log into
Project Server. Hope this helps.
