Struggling

I keep trying to use the =frequency function to group my data, using this:
{=FREQUENCY($H$2:$H$27,$H$35:$H$41)}, entered as an array
(ctrl-shift-enter), and in all 6 places, it returns the number 4, which is
only correct for the first cell, the other numbers vary ... what did I do
wrong?

Perhaps you could use a pivot table to group the data, and create a
pivot chart or normal chart from that.
