STS 1.0 to WSS problems

Hi,

I've got one machine with Windows 2000 Server, Project
Server 2002, STS 1.0 and SQL 2000 Server and the second
one with Windows 2003 Server, Project Server 2003, WSS 2.0
and SQl 2000 Server.

I would like to migrate web sites from STS do WSS.
I tried to run psmigrate tool from machine where STS is
installed but there was a message about missing library
(mscoree.dll) from .NET framework.

How can I resolve that problem ??

I really ask you for some help !!
I have looked through all microsoft whitepapers about
migrating STS to WSS and I could not find solution

Install the .NET framework (free download from Microsoft)
and retry the migration tool.
