STS broke: 0 Issues in Project Server, but Manage Subwebs links work, and Issues are still stored in

My Project Server's Issues were working great, and all of a sudden, they
don't work anymore.

The [Issues] page lists 0 Active/Postponed/Closed issues on all projects.
Last Friday, it listed several issues on several projects.

If I open [Admin][Manage SharePoint Team Services][Manage Subwebs], I can
click on the subwebs, and sharepoint opens. The issues are still in
sharepoint, but PRoject Server doesn't see them.

How does this break? The issues are still in sharepoint and the links in
"Manage subwebs" works. How do I fix this?

Jill:

This indicates an issue with STS admin account you're using in COM+ for
accessing STS data. Did this account get locked? Does it have security admin
role in the STS database? Is the STS Com component running correctly?

Starting and stopping IIS and/or rebooting the server will eliminate the
possibility that this is a hiccup in the system.
