Hi
The situation is this:
A user is connected to the company where the ProjectServer is installed (and
working 100%) by using a VPN connection.
The user can ping the ProjectServer, and will get the local IP in return, so
the VPN is working correctly.
When the user connects to the ProjectServer, he has to logon to system by
using the windows authentication (he is prompted), and he now has access to
PWA. So far so good.
BUT, when he wants to access the STS-part of the server, he is told to logon
to the system again by using the windows authentication. When he enters the
logon-information, IE (6.0) crashes! ("this program has ...")
Other information:
The user is using windows XP, and is connected to the DomainX where he's
located - not the DomainY where the Project Server is installed.
If he connects to DomainY, he is validated automatically and the browser is
not crashing when using the STS-services.
How can the user connect to the STS-services without being forced to logon
to the DomainY ?
This is a problem of high importance, so any help will be appreciated!
Thanks
Kasper
