Stuck at Account Configuration Wizard

We tried putting in the recommended information and now whenever I start up
groove it takes me straight to the "Account Configuration Wizard" with the
error message "Groove cannot reach the Configuration Server: ***."

The back button is not-active, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Groove, to
no avail.. the same screen always comes up. We'd like to be able to go back
and change the credentials. Any help appreciated!
