stuck email

This has only just started to happen since I upgraded to Office 2003. If an
email is sent to my ISP with "undisclosed recipients" in the To: field it
causes the download to abort and gives an error. I have upgraded to the
latest Norton SystemWorks and the only way to get all my mail to download is
to turn of Incoming Email Virus Scanning.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know of a fix?
